Our Black Currant Confit is less sweet than traditional jams/preserves and is a wonderful pairing with cheese and charcuterie.  It is also used as a base for Cumberland sauce (recipe on our website).  Not being fans of sugar, we love this tart preserve on our morning scones and as a dessert topping with ricotta and lemon zest.
