Elixir- Monarda (Bee Balm)

This pretty pink Elixir is made from the flowers of the Monarda plant. Used by our indigenous peoples as a digestive known as Oswego Tea, we find it is the perfect complement to tea, as a water flavoring and yes, as a cocktail mixer. Try making a Lychee Liquor Martini!!!! Enjoy
