Black Currant Gin Fizz

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp honey
• Black Currant Elixir

In a highball glass pour gin on crushed ice. Add the lemon juice and honey and stir well. Add Black Currant Elixir. Decorate with a lemon slice.
