2 oz gin 1 oz lemon juice 1 tsp honey Black Currant Elixir In a highball glass pour gin on crushed ice. Add the lemon juice and honey and stir well. Add Black Currant Elixir. Decorate with a lemon slice.

1.5 oz tequila juice of ¼ lime 1.5 oz ginger beer 1/2 oz Black Currant Elixir Combine first three ingredients over ice in a rocks glass, then gently pour Black Currant Elixir over the top. Garnish with lime, or fresh black currants.

Whiskey Seduction

2 oz rye whiskey 3⁄4 oz red wine, such as pinot noir 1⁄2 oz Black Currant Elixir 1⁄2 oz fresh lemon juice Lemon peel for garnish In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine rye whiskey, wine, Black Currant Elixir, and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Squeeze the lemon peel lightly to release its oils and run around the rim of the glass before adding to the cocktail as a garnish.

Elderberry Lemon, Basil + Gin

2 oz prosecco or sweet wine 1 oz gin 1/2 tsp Elderberry Elixir 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 leaf basil For garnish: cherry, more basil leaf, lemon peel curl Muddle basil in glass. In a cocktail shaker with some ice, add prosecco, gin, Elderberry Elixir and lemon juice and shake. Pour over ice and garnish.

Elderberry Hot Toddy

1 healthy shot Elderberry Elixir 1 spoonful honey 1 lemon 5 cloves cinnamon stick a small piece of fresh ginger root (1 tsp grated or a few slices) boiling hot water 1 oz whiskey (optional) Find a nice sturdy mug and add the Elderberry Elixir, fresh ginger root, juice from 1/2 the lemon and whiskey. Fill the mug with hot water, add a spoonful of honey and stir until it's dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of lemon with a few cloves tucked in. Find a cozy spot and enjoy while hot!
