Ginger Spike

  • 1.5 oz tequila (or rum)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Ginger Elixir
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1/4 cup herbs (cilantro/mint/basil) + sprig to garnish
  • sparkling water
  • ice

Add about 1/2 cup ice to a glass. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and drop them in. Add herbs. Muddle. Pour in tequila and elixir. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of your herb of choice.
