Rosemary Ginger Bourbon Sour

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Ginger Elixir
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 7-8 rosemary leaves
  • ice
  • 1 spring of rosemary for garnish (optional)

In a shaker add elixir and rosemary leaves. Muddle. Add ice, bourbon and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass or over ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
