Cranberry Mint Julep

Ingredients: 1-2 Tbsp Cranberry Mint Elixir 2 oz Bourbon Crushed ice Fresh mint to garnish Fill a mason jar or julep cup to the brim with crushed ice. Pour in half portion of Elixir. Pour bourbon over. Stir well. Top with more crushed ice. Finish with left over Elixir Garnish with fresh mint Adapted from The Little Epicurean

Blackberry Sparkler

Ingredients: 1-2 Tbsp Blackberry Elixir Lime juice to taste Cider of your choice (ice cold) Optional fresh blackberries to garnish 1. Pour Blackberry Elixir and lime juice over ice.2. Finish with cider.3. Garnish with whole, skewered blackberries if desired.     *Adapted from Food & Drink

Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour

Ingredients: 3 oz bourbon 1 & 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 3/4 oz Whiskey Infused Maple Syrup 1 large sprig of rosemary (plus 2 small sprigs for garnish) Directions: Crush the large sprig of rosemary in your hand and add it to the shaker. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and ice to above the level of the liquid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into rocks glasses containing large cubes of ice and garnish with remaining rosemary sprigs.

Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients 2 oz bourbon .75 oz Whiskey Infused Maple Syrup 4 dashes bitters Orange peel for garnish Instructions Add bitters, maple syrup and bourbon to a rocks glass. Add a large ice cube Stir until chilled and maple syrup is fully dissolved into the bourbon. Garnish with an orange peel and brandied cherry.

Ginger Spike

1.5 oz tequila (or rum) 2 tbsp Lemon Ginger Elixir 2 lime wedges 1/4 cup herbs (cilantro/mint/basil) + sprig to garnish sparkling water ice Add about 1/2 cup ice to a glass. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and drop them in. Add herbs. Muddle. Pour in tequila and elixir. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of your herb of choice.
