1.5 oz bourbon 1 tbsp Lemon Ginger Elixir 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 7-8 rosemary leaves ice 1 spring of rosemary for garnish (optional) In a shaker add elixir and rosemary leaves. Muddle. Add ice, bourbon and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass or over ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
