Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 3 pears cut in half and cored
- 4 oz chevre
- 4 cups mixed greens
- Mini tomatoes (optional)
- Red pepper strips (1/2 cup)
- 2 scallions chopped
- ¼ c vinaigrette
- ½ c roasted crushed Hazelnuts
- ¼ - ½ cup Wellington Made Balsamic Elderberry Fig drizzle
Directions:
- Bake halved pears in 325-degree oven for 25-30 min
- Remove from oven and place ½” cut of chevre ( 11/2 tbsp) into the cored hollow
- Toss greens, scallions and pepper with vinaigrette and plate in a mound
- Stand / lean the baked pear on the mound
- Top with roasted Hazelnuts
- Rim the plate with Wellington Made Drizzle
- Serve with French Bread.
