Whiskey Maple Elderberry  Granola

Whiskey Maple Elderberry Granola


  • 3cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4cup Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seed
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecan
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup cranberry
  • 1/3 cup whole flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries


  1. Set oven to 350F
  2. Melt coconut oil and mix in separate bowl with maple syrup and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients in to dry. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pour ingredients out on sheet. Spread it out evenly across baking sheet.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes, remove and stir granola. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  6. When you remove it from the oven, pack it down on the tray and allow it to sit for approximately 1 hour.
  7. Serve with Coconut Yogurt and drizzle with Elderberry Elixir
