Ingredients:
- 3cups oats
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/4cup Whiskey Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seed
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup pecan
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cranberry
- 1/3 cup whole flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
Directions:
- Set oven to 350F
- Melt coconut oil and mix in separate bowl with maple syrup and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Add wet ingredients in to dry. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pour ingredients out on sheet. Spread it out evenly across baking sheet.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, remove and stir granola. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- When you remove it from the oven, pack it down on the tray and allow it to sit for approximately 1 hour.
- Serve with Coconut Yogurt and drizzle with Elderberry Elixir
